If you want to make a claim about quality, you must provide detailed photos of your issue in order for it to be placed under review.  The claim will be reviewed by us and we will determine if the quality issue exchange is accepted or denied.

all approved exchanges – items must be unworn, unused, and be delivered back in the same conditions as it was received.

if an exchange is accepted DUE TO SIZE you as the customer must ship the item back to us at your expense.
